I have over 30 years of professional experience working in numerous positions with clients and customers. All of my jobs have assisted me in building skills that are valuable to both the seller and buyers when it comes to real estate matters. What sets me apart in the real estate industry is my passion and enthusiasm for what I do and my ability to follow though on my commitments.
First and foremost, I view my clients as my employers. I work for the seller from the moment we meet and I walk into their homes to preview their property. I analyze the market trends, the sold and active comparables homes on the market, making the pricing recommendations, providing feedback on condition of the home and what needs to be done to prepare for the market and sale, listing the property, marketing the property, presenting the purchase contract, facilitating inspections, appraisal, problem solving and finally the closing.
For my customers, I am available to show them all properties that they are pre-qualified to view. I like to educate my customers in the difference of their pre-qualification price range and their mortgage poor price range. I think it is important that potential buyers make well informed decisions prior to purchasing. I assist all customers by responding to questions, offering information on inspections, tax exemptions, trends in the community, school information, etc. I work with them until closing.
